I am training for a marathon and I was experiencing discomfort and numbness in my toe while running and pain after each long run. I changed my running shoes and socks but that didn’t help. My physician suggested these toe sleeves and daaaaamn, I wish I knew this sooner. They are easy to use and comfortable. No more numbness for me!
