Review on 🧁 Harold Import Silicone Muffin Pan - 12 Cup Size, Durable Non-Stick Baking Tray by Nathan Vaughn

Read all the mixed (good and bad) reviews about it before you buy. Basically, I wanted the cupcake pan to make cupcakes like this so I didn't have to use cupcake liners. With the typical metal/teflon cupcake liners, I felt like I had to use cupcake liners. When I first received this product, my biggest concern was that it would not be as non-stick as advertised. I followed the instructions that came with it to prepare the pan for use. You wash it with mild soap and water, let it dry, and then apply oil for a few hours before use. I was so impressed. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's flexible so you can't pick it up and carry it (even with both hands) underneath it without support (when the cups are full of batter). So I placed it on a flat metal/aluminum baking sheet. It really doesn't matter much. it's so cool I can pop cupcakes so easily without damaging them. They FULLY keep their shape and look beautiful. Subsequently, after using it, I did what other reviewers said they'd successfully done, which was spray with nonstick spray right before use. It worked fine. I think the reviewers who say their cupcakes are still sticking might just be splashing in the cups. I spray the ENTIRE pan (including the space between the cups) with nonstick spray. Some reviewers complained that the pot was difficult to clean. Totally wrong if you spray them with non-stick spray before baking. However (like any other pan) I soaked them in water for several hours before attempting to wash them. It is very easy to wash. I can recommend it to anyone who likes to bake cupcakes or muffins.
