As already mentioned in many reviews, the manufacturer did not bother to normally close up the holes in the upholstery for the armrest fastening couplings. As a result, when trying to screw the armrests, the upholstery material or filler gets into the thread and prevents the armrest screws from being screwed in properly. You have to spend a lot of time to carefully, without tearing the upholstery material, release all 8 fastening couplings of both armrests. Only after that the armrests normally fall into place. A rough curved seam on the back of the chair does not interfere with sitting and working on it, but it definitely spoils the appearance. Addition - after a month of use, the back seam began to unravel :-(
