I use it for cold water self-immersion, basically sealing a large freezer and immersing in cold water. It has amazing health and mood benefits. In order to prolong the life of the water, I put this aquarium air pump. Helps prevent the growth of microorganisms. I looked at various models and was very satisfied with this one because of its power consumption. It runs on a battery. I connected it to constant current. This cold dip project can quickly add up to your electric bill, so it's nice that this device doesn't use a lot of electricity. The only potential problem people might face is noise. It's not that bad, and the intermittent mode that activates the pump on a regular basis certainly helps. This isn't a problem for me because I have a cold bath in the garage, but for others who are putting it in their bedroom, for example, this should be considered. The stones at the ends of the pipes were of excellent quality. I wish it had longer tubes. I give this device 5 stars for its excellent efficiency (it delivers a good amount of oxygen without using too much power), its built-in rechargeable battery, and its flat, sleek design.
