Beautiful but useless sponge
To be perfectly clear, these sponges do not serve the primary function of absorbing liquid. When used, they do the opposite, moving the liquid over an ever-increasing area as you wipe! At the same time, the scratching surface is mediocre. The only positive comment I can make is that initially they look great in a neutral kitchen/bathroom. That's the only thing they're good at. If you're looking for an alternative to colorful sponges but still need absorbency, I recommend the IKEA Svampig kitchen sponge. They work in a neutral kitchen and, yes, they absorb.
