I purchased brand new tires in 2022 (the year printed on the tires is also 2022), and as of right now I have driven approximately 50,000 miles on them. However, looking at the tires, it appears as though they have only driven a maximum of 10,000 miles. I try to maintain a level of composure while I'm behind the wheel. In the very first year, I was driving, I had one tire puncture on the road, and I never did recover the piece of broken rubber. Even if they don't produce much noise, they still do generate noise; nonetheless, it's likely that this is the norm and that there are no ones that are absolutely silent. You should note that it also relies on the asphalt. In general, the tires are of high quality, and the price is really reasonable.
