I've read in reviews that there's a lot of gray on it. It was perfect for me as I didn't need another solid black bag. Actually it's amazing. All studs are well secured and in the right places. It sits perfectly on a flat floor with small feet. It's a bit heavy, but the strap fits over my shoulder if I choose to wear it that way. I get a lot of compliments for that! The wallet doesn't fit. It looks more like a small handbag and has a great shoulder strap. That was fine as I knew when I ordered it that I already had a large wallet that I would carry instead. I gave it to my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Looks just as impressive as a large bag. They both look like designer westerns. This is not a giant flexible bag. It's actually quite structured. You'll want to carry around the smallest gun. My P238 fits best.
