I bought headphones for my Motorola radios. This is a replacement for a headset I bought many years ago. My old kit had a carbide insert. These headsets come with a soft ear cup that stays in place and is very comfortable. They also have a quick release buckle so you can leave them in place but take off your coat. We use it for hunting and the PTT (push to talk) button was easy to find given its size and worked flawlessly. I would recommend this set or similar for your particular radio unless this is an exact match.
