Bought two of these in the summer, used first time on family vacation Labor Day weekend. Looking back at my purchase they are specifically described as "high wind”. It was a windy day, but not unusual for the shore. One of the two umbrellas’ bottom poles bent. I contacted customer service, after many days they responded wanting pictures. I sent two (one closer up shot), and waited WEEKS for something. Finally reached out again (politely as possible) a couple weeks ago, nothing. I’m not a complainer and don’t usually do reviews, but I felt this rose to the level where people might want to know.
