Bright light for an hour or so.
The bright light is great. Used it for a twilight 5k. Also used for a late night long run and only lasted a little over an hour. Would give 5 stars if it could last 2-3 hours on bright setting.

- The lights may be bulky and inconvenient to wear with other workout accessories, such as heart rate monitors or armbands.
