You can get so many different things done for you with an xbox live account, even though it's not as user friendly if someone doesn't know what they are doing (you really need some help from those who do). I think there could be more variety of games within this platform which is great when trying something new but sometimes just want to play old favourites without having the hassle in purchasing them again through another service or buying physical copies etc.. The support options also aren´t always very clear about how long certain issues will last before being fixed by their team either! Sometimes my friends join me playing together over discord/skype using voice chat - although its usually only one person at once unless we go into splitscreen mode like Fifa 16 /17.
