So I bought this bag to put on the back of my bike for small items so I don't have to carry a backpack. MUCH better than I expected, it has plenty of room and easily attaches to my soft ponytail. It's made in the USA and while I haven't tested it for water resistance, I've had it installed for over 2 months and still haven't taken it off. It has no signs of wear, has always been ridden outdoors and has driven over 2000 miles with it. Great little bag for the price. Put down sneakers, t-shirt, shorts, socks, underwear, flip flops, a small towel and a shaker at the same time for the gym. If you just want a small bag, take it.
