I needed a 12.3 inch monitor and quickly settled on it based on the approximate dimensions I had. I wanted something similar in size to the current Surface Pro. This seemed the most appropriate to me. The tablet arrived very well packaged, just like an Apple product. Very impressive! I had a little trouble setting up the touchscreen at first as there were no instructions in the box. I don't know of any website you could visit. *NOTE: All included cables must be used in order to use the touch function. I sent a message to support via Revain. Alan was really knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction to get touch support on the monitor. Overall very happy with this quick purchase. I look forward to buying a few more! Thanks.
