Brass Check Valve - Faucet Parts

I use this check valve at the entrance of a well to a house. The goal is to prevent water from flowing back into the well pipe when the pressure is shut off. This particular valve is well made and works as expected. Cast brass is slightly higher quality than many other brass fittings I have purchased over the years. It has a good strong spring and works without too much noise.
