Yes. Yes. and Yes. in my review

I bought these for a home-made security system. They are blindingly bright, and can be seen from a long ways away. I like having complete control of how they work and absolutely love that they included the synchronization wire and pattern select wire separate (not already wired to a switch) so I can wire them the way I want to. The instructions are clear and anybody can hook them up. I had shopped relentlessly for alarm lights for the home, but none I bought are nearly as bright, water-resistant as these (made for cars). NOTE** These are not for 110 volts house circuits, they are designed for a 12 volt system. I'm using a simply 12 volt power supply to drive them.

Pros

Title says it all Package of 8 quite the deal very bright hurts eyes at night. Time will tell.

Cons

The product may have a short lifespan and may need frequent replacements
