My experience so far as an administrative assistant at this clinic

eHealthFiles is a great software to keep all medical records in one place, and it's easy to access and use. I was able to set up my first record room and the software is easy to use. I am new to eHealthfiles and haven't had any issues in the short time I've been using it. I love that the software is easy to use and can be customized for my practice. I've been able to use the software for my practice since I started in January.
eHealthFiles is great for tracking patient visits and keeping records. It has made my job easier in the long run. I can easily access my patient's records with the eHealthFiles software.

Pros

Easy user interface
Great customer support from their staff.
The ability see your patients' history at once instead looking through each individual date when you need something specific about them!Cons : Nothing really comes immediately into mind as far this goes..I dislike nothing so much
