I love that it is easy to use in our day-to-day operations. We have been able to see how we are doing with regards to booking rooms for meetings/groups vs individual guests. It's also helped us understand what days of the week people prefer to book their groups (ie. Friday being one of them). The reporting can be improved. There isn't as much detail about each guest compared to other solutions out there. However, this doesn't really impact my experience using the product so far. If you're looking into something like this, make sure you test drive it first! This has allowed me to better manage our group bookings at work. They help us get an idea of when and where groups will come through town.
