It SHOULD arrive today and it did, but the packaging was missing cord, instructions, 1 roll of vacuum bags (13 x 196.8 inches) and 5 reusable and washable vacuum bags. . I found a cable from another device that worked but the gasket didn't seal completely, it took 3 tries to get a strong seam. I don't think it was a new division. I could order it used for $147 and it would probably have all the parts! When I have all the parts, mainly the cable and the instructions, I can evaluate the work. I had to seal the chest and fought. The suction seemed poor and it wouldn't close even though I used the wet setting. I had to use other bags because the bag roll was not in the box. At the moment I feel like it's not worth the money.
