Review on LabelRange LP320 Label Printer Shipstation by Bill Snyder

I've been wanting to get a thermal printer for a long time and finally decided on the LabelRange LP320. When I tried to install it I had problems. I dial 909 and they responded quickly. At first I thought it was a computer, but actually a real person answered. They guided me through everything and didn't push me. Needless to say the problems I had were my own lol. Anyway, they helped until I got up completely and started typing. Aside from my own fault, assembly was very easy and quick. Thanks for the GREAT customer service!
