Using this product, our team found that the lid was difficult to secure properly, resulting in several spills and leaks. The size and shape make it difficult to fit in standard cup holders. On the positive side, the insulated walls kept drinks hot or cold for several hours. However, the flaws in design and functionality outweigh the benefits. We would not recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable travel mug.
