Ok, based on my first experience I'm giving 4 stars. I've never invested that much bucks in sheets before, but I wanted good quality sheets with deep pockets, so I bought them. I received them quickly, I liked the feel and the color so I washed them as usual and they got stained. I was so disappointed but I washed them so I didn't feel like I could go back. (At this point I would have updated my previous 3-star review, but it's not here, which I find odd, and I know I left because what happened next was a very pleasant surprise.) I received an email from them saying they are very sorry this happened and they would be happy to send me a new set! Wow! Free do not have to return them and I wanted the same color? I was afraid of the same color so I asked for a sand color. 2 days later they were on my doorstep! I got scared again, so before washing I poured empty hot soapy water into the washing machine. It was just a safeguard for me so I could make sure my washing machine was free of any dirt or grime. These sheets came out great and so soft! I'm so happy! Thank you for taking care of us!
