Review on ๐ŸŒŸ Gray and Gold Round Metal Foldable Tray Accent Table by Kate and Laurel Celia by Danny Zapata

Looks nice. from a distance

I guess I wasn't expecting too much for the price but I'm not sure if it lived up to my not very high expectations. First thing I did was roll out the tray. The color is nice and bright but I could see color/coating imperfections in the middle. In any case, you have to look closely to notice it and I can hide it with some decor. Then I unrolled the stand. I was surprised to see that the legs didn't snap into place by themselves. They don't hold the "x" position required to stand without a tray, odd. So don't think about carrying a tray of drinks on it and putting it on a stand as it won't cut itself with one hand. Then I noticed that their screws were loose and dirt was stuck to the magnets holding the tray. Obviously they don't keep the warehouse clean or anything, it's more of a customer service issue in my opinion, don't send me a dirty product! Part of the gold plating also peeled off. The legs and base of the tray have a textured look, but no matter what method they use to apply the gold, it doesn't feel sealed or permanent anyway, so try your best not to scratch it on anything as that will wear off Material immediately detaches. All Kate and Laurel things look very nice but now I think quality is not their priority. it's up to you to decide if it's important to you or not. Despite the problems, I leave it, mostly out of laziness. It will fill the space I need it for and I will probably never move it again as it looks good from a distance it will do the job.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
