Bought the second generation collapse. I really like the product and this version fixes the biggest issue I had with the original separation - no battery. Raspad loads fast and I've used it to run standard Ubuntu and even RDP on Windows. I prefer to use the "touch-ready" version of Debian that Sunfounder makes. Pairing with a keyboard is easy via Bluetooth. The fan is not loud, but noticeable. I opened the case to experiment with different fans and broke the cover. I had an SD card inserted and couldn't figure it out. Thinking the case needed a bit of "umf" to open, I ended up bending the aluminum around the SD card slot. Be sure to remove the card before opening the case! I contacted Sunfounder and asked for a replacement part. Instead, they sent me a replacement part for free. People were very friendly and easy to work with. The combination of good products and friendly support (rare!) makes me recommend the company and the product.
