Very good solution especially when used together with Zencart

The ability to send customized emails to our staff, the ability to use the software to create a custom ticketing system for our organization. The reports are not easy to read, the reports would be more user friendly if it's possible to create custom reports. We are solving the problems related to the ticketing system and the reporting system. The custom reports are not easy to read, the reporting system was not flexible enough to create our own reports. Artologik is a great product, the support is excellent and the price is very reasonable. The problems we solved were related to the ticketing system and the reporting system.
