Review on Snappy Trap Universal Drain Kit For Bathroom Sinks by Lance Gunn

I bought this as so many reviews stated how Universal it was and it was sold with many adapters and lengths. However I found out during install that have a 1 1/4 pipe coming out of the wall, which this kit DOES come with an adapter for this. However when i went to find the washer and collar, they don't exist. The instructions just say to use your own, disconnect the collar from the wall and reuse. That would be great if I didn't buy this kit because everything under my sink was nothing but rust! I attempted to re-use the plastic washer with the metal collar and of course, it's leaking, because they were in bad shape. Oddly enough it actually wasn't leaking before, but I'm assuming handling everything is the cause. I'm still giving it 3 starts and good feature scores. This is a decent little kit, but it's just not quite as Universal as I was hoping. Especially when it does state it's a solid kit for even my installation type.
