Great Device poor customer service
I have 2 of the devices. One that I keep at work and one that I keep at home. The one I keep at home is the newer of the two. I recently had to replace my phone. The older Dario works perfectly with the new phone. The newer Dario acts like it is going to work but does not read the strips. Then gives me a warning about acceptable phone types? I have contacted Dario via email and they do not respond. The phone is the new Pixel Pro 7. Pretty common.
