I wanted to try these out as I haven’t been great with my sleep schedule and because my eyes always feel stressed from dry eye. I love the way these help me fully relax with the heat/massage/air pressure setting. It lasts about 10-15 minutes and sometimes I pull it off before then because I don’t want to fall asleep while it’s still on. That part is exceptional. My eyes are deep set, so I do wish the message hit them a bit more than it does, but my biggest issue is with the volume. I have to go into our bathroom to fight with it to get it to silent before going to bed because it will wake my husband up. It’s still worth it for me, but I don’t like that one part.
