I bought this for chronic dry eyes - the rice pack masks that heat in the microwave never stay hot long. This helps lubrication of my eyes and feels great too. It helps with allergy eyes as well as computer-tired eyes. I decided to try this after reading reviews. I do suffer from migraines as well but figured this would be awful during a migraine. A MUST if you get migraines!

This is SO helpful if you get frequent migraines and headaches! I get migraines due to sinus pressure, and this helps tremendously! I do two cycles and afterwards, I am feeling much better. It isn’t take the migraine away fully, but it keeps me from having to do directly into bed for the rest of the day.If you get migraines, you NEED this. It’s a little on the expensive side, but it has already paid for itself. I’ve been recommending it to everyone!

I love these to get me to sleep, but have to fight the volume

I wanted to try these out as I haven’t been great with my sleep schedule and because my eyes always feel stressed from dry eye. I love the way these help me fully relax with the heat/massage/air pressure setting. It lasts about 10-15 minutes and sometimes I pull it off before then because I don’t want to fall asleep while it’s still on. That part is exceptional. I bought this as a last minute Prime deal after having read an article about it. I deal with severe migraines and also regular sinus headaches. It took a while to figure out the controls,but it is well worth it. I occasionally get migraines, but I haven't had one since purchasing this (knock on wood) so I can't speak to that aspect. I bought this massager last year. I really like it, the pressure and heat are very comfortable. Always feel refreshed after using it.
