The best lamp for eager students/workers

First of all, this is the best lamp I've had for study/work. As a software engineer who is also a full-time student, no other lamps are specifically designed for people who need extremely clear lighting in the workplace. However, for such a high quality/expensive product, I have issues with it. Pros: + The mount is extremely stable and strong. There are no screws to turn to hold the corner in place. No matter the angle, the lamp remains stable. + The light is distributed so evenly over my desk and monitor that it doesn't dazzle. + The lighting is extremely strong and the range of brightness and color is fantastic. + The fabric wire and metal construction are very well made. Cons: The touch ring is useless and overly pronounced. Several times I just accidentally pressed and turned off the lamp. The ambient light feature is not very useful for my monitor learning purposes. There had to be ways to adjust the intensity of the light, which is also corrected by the ambient light. It seems too dark at the moment. - It would be even better with built-in charging ports. - I wish there was a way to save the current settings I have. Imagine one you save for college rather than bedtime. - Should have come with a clip (sold separately) - There are no resources online that can give you an idea of where best to place this light in your context. . It took me some time to adapt it to my purposes.
