The Delivery platform itself raises a big question, because when ordering there were problems with tracking, and on the day the order arrived, I generally received a notification “We don’t have time, I’m sorry”, with grief in half through support I found out that a service error, the phone was delivered on time, therefore if you encounter something like this - do not be afraid - write to support! Phone advise - only positive emotions!
