Assembling the chair was easy. The only thing that bothers me is the thickness of the seat cushion. I don't know if this is permanent or if I can get a replacement seat cushion for a decent price. Since the chair is expensive for me at $250, I'm not sure how long this chair will last. Will be updated. Update: I returned the chair after sitting in the chair for a week, I weigh about 300lbs, 5ft 6in. Chair height was good. But even at my weight I felt like I was sitting on the base. I like the ergonomics, it has many features that expensive chairs have but lacks the cushions. If they had a better pillow, a thicker pillow and a pillow that just wouldn't go flat after the first week of sitting, this would be a great chair. Well. But if you plan on sitting on it for many hours a day, the cushion will disappoint you.
