These portable steps are a great way to transition from patio to kennel. A water-soaked sidewalk makes it muddy when entering or exiting. When it freezes it becomes slippery and poses a fall hazard. Throwing them straight onto the track gives you reliable traction and a safe way to get your furry little ones on or off. They will be removed when the weather improves. Great buy for safety! I have read other reviews of this product and I don't understand why people are trying to put hundreds if not thousands of pounds into these plastic pavers. I don't see how anyone can use them to level their vans. They're plastic, like plastic milk crates. So if you want to use them to put a couple hundred/thousands of pounds worth of vans on these things you're going to waste your money. If you're using them to create a safe path through a muddy area, maybe a small patio area (again maybe), then they're for you.
