I was surprised by the quality for this price.
There were a few other cameras from other brands, including the d90, that I was considering. You choose the best possible duration: three months! I reread everything that was available online, even discussions in other languages. As it turned out, I ended up taking the final one. When I compared the images afterwards, I saw that the 90th had less noise. As the ISO increases to 3100, the new OWN Nikon matrix produces richer colors. For the sake of the family, I recommend fotik to everyone. After consulting with photographers, I learned that the ability to take pictures is the most important factor; you can capture a masterpiece with just a smartphone, and processing RAW (NEF) files is the key to significant improvements in photography. Verified - a few minutes in Capture NX2 (a common tool for editing NEF files), some basic alterations, and the photo is dramatically improved above the original JPEG that was taken from the camera. The primary benefit of this device is the inspiration and motivation to start taking photographs. Prior to that, I hardly ever took pictures of the Casio soap dish (I didn't even want to pick it up) and instead used my always-with-me phone to snap more shots. These days, I never leave the house without my Nikon; I hunt out great photo opportunities and snap away. Oh, what a luxury! I am already reading up on photography books while I take them, so I won't make you wait too long before showing you the results (both in terms of quantity and quality). Have fun browsing for bargains!
- Adding to what has been said before: One) It has excellent construction (I have Thailand). Compare the Canon 500 and 550, and you'll see that it's night and day; get your hands on a pair of these cameras and you'll see for yourself (but Nikon is also unrivaled when it comes to image quality). Although the video was a bonus for the camera, I found myself enjoying it. I don't need a video camera right now because I have no intention of making feature-length films (like most people, I imagine), but having the ability to adjust the depth of focus in a video makes it possible to create works of art, which would be impossible with a traditional video camera. Thirdly, it's a manageable size and weight. The wife isn't terrified of him, which is a significant positive for a family camera (I can only imagine the backlash I would receive if I invested in a Nikon D90). That costs a lot of money to see!
- Video autofocus is too sluggish and inaccurate for me, and the motor noise when filming in a calm environment is intolerable, thus I always use manual focus instead. With the ability to capture good (not superb, but good) video and high-quality images, there are thus NO flaws in a high-quality SLR camera for the price of 21 (with all the guarantees of the PCT, Kit VR, Thailand). For the time being, a spare lens is all I can think about. Nikkor 35mm f/1.8, which gives a classic fifty dollar crop, is the one I'm leaning toward because it allows for half-length portraits, allows for multiple people to be captured in the frame without requiring the photographer to stand on a closet shelf, and, most importantly, has a fast shutter speed.
