These socks are too big. I can fit them in a women's 9, but they are meant for my 6 year old in a size 13. I will order her a size small, but I followed the chart. They look fine on both of us, so there's good elasticity. They are adorable, but she doesn't want them over her knee and rolls them down when wearing them.
