I debated between getting the basic AirPods or upgrading to the Pro version for a long time. As a result of this, I listened to the reviews of some of my friends who already owned AirPods Pro, but I went ahead and got the identical pair for myself. The function that cancels out noise is fantastic. I'm looking for input regarding this new feature. So, let me break this down for you. You can choose 3 modes. Noise reduction turned off, and transparency settings. By using the noise canceling mode, it will feel as if you are wearing earplugs because the sounds coming from the outside world will be much reduced. The "off" mode is identical to when you are wearing regular headphones, but the "transparent" option is the most immersive because it allows you to hear ambient noises just as if you were not wearing headphones at all. Because of the earphone's translucent mode, it is quite easy to forget that it is even there thanks to the extreme comfort it provides. When you answer the phone, it's cool since both you and your interlocutor can hear each other perfectly. If you are in the process of deciding, just like I am, then you should still go with the pro series, since this is my recommendation.
