The collar of the shoe is bent so it hurts to walk in this shoe for more than a few minutes. My 12 year old refuses to wear it anymore. This is also a problem with the right boot only, not the left one. manufacturing defect? Edit: I changed the rating from 1 star to 5. The seller was amazingly patient and helpful in finding replacement shoes and the new ones have no problem with the defect. The new shoes, although not available in the original color, are comfortable and correspond to the description. Thank you TopShoes for your many follow ups and replacements.
