I bought this chair when I started working from home during the Covid-19 crisis. All was going well, but by the end of the month one of the screws holding the right armrest kept loosening and falling off, rendering the armrest unusable. I've tried using epoxies, resins and new screws but the part it screws into just ripped off and there's nothing I can do about it. And I can't remove the armrests and continue using the chair. Why not? Because the armrests of the chair carry the load when you lean back. One end of the armrest attaches to the seat and the other end to the backrest, so when reclined, these bolts are loaded with just one bolt at each attachment point. I tried to recline without the armrests and felt like I was about to break the chair. I contacted the company that made the chair (despite saying wow it's made by True Innovations) and they promised to send me a new chair. The fact is I haven't seen his skin or hair. I work 10-hour shifts and I constantly have to screw in a huge screw just so I can sit back and relax for a few minutes. If I were you, I would stay away from it. EDIT: It's been a month since I was promised a new location. Not only is my location not showing up, but now True Innovations isn't responding to my emails. Their reluctance to honor their warranty is incredible and I can't believe Revain would do business with this company. EDIT 2: A few months ago I was promised a new chair seat by the end of July. It was late July and I emailed my contact at True Innovations to check the status of my new job and I received an automated reply email saying she no longer works for True Innovations . As a result, I made several attempts to contact True Innovations through multiple communication channels and received no response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Michigan Attorney's Office. I'm done playing. They have to replace the seat, replace the chair, or refund my money.
