I just received the package and lo and behold. no safety valve. It comes with a cord and the blue plug needs to be connected to a fuse point. You can connect the wire to a tap, they're there, but I don't think people want to cut into the factory wiring at all. The mounting screws that actually attach to the rearview mirror are a bit long. I had to reconfigure and I can still shear these screws off when they touch and scratch the back of your review. However, it is a decent mount. Haven't been through a hard ride yet, but it seems to be holding up quite firmly. PLEASE ATTENTION. There is NO safety cock included. The manual even says "safety valve sold separately". EDIT - After I spoke to the company promptly, they explained why the faucet was not included. Personally, I don't see it that way, but I understand your point of view. I have corrected my rating.
