My GPU was experiencing deflation with Arctic Silver 5 and Arctic MX-4 thermal grease. I found this product while looking for the thickest thermal paste, hoping it would hold up to pumping. It's been a few months now and the GPU is still as cool as when the paste was first applied. This paste looks like creamy peanut butter. It is difficult to spread because the paste prefers to stick to the applicator. It doesn't look like stroking, more like sculpting soft clay. Don't use too much force and work gently to completely cover the crystal. The GPU temperature is initially about 2-3 degrees higher than the AS5 and MX4. After about a month, with other pastes, the temperature rises about 10 Β°C higher than at the beginning. The temperature of the TFX improves by about 2Β°C and remains stable over time. Applying the paste is more involved but worth it as this paste is more resistant to pumping.
