Review on 🔩 HS350BP Hinge in White by Z Shim by Jaleel Pruitt

We've moved into a new house and one of the bathroom doors didn't close properly. I could see the door was about a sixteenth of an inch lower. The door hinges were 3.5 inches high and used three screws, so they were the correct gaskets. I ordered them and as soon as they arrived I installed them and the problem was resolved in about 5 minutes. To explain how they work, if you look at the product photo, the actual pad is a third of the white square you see - it snaps into three identical parts. You then use the number of shims stacked on top of each other to set the door to the appropriate amount. For the three screw hinges they are intended for, remove the top and bottom screws from the hinge and loosen the middle screw but leave it in place. If you look at the far right side of the gasket in the picture you will see that it has a hole on the right edge and this screw that stays in place fits into this slot. After installing the spacers, the holes at the top and bottom of the spacers will line up with the screw holes in the hinge and wall so you can reinstall the two screws you removed. Having trouble and don't want to remove the trim to redesign (and repaint) the door frame, this can really help - it really is a brilliant solution.
