Definitely helped during yoga workout.

I purchased these at first do add to my yoga wardrobe. I thought they'd help me to keep my footing while changing poses during my workout routine. I have a neck injury and suffer from balance issues. I was concerned about the toeless aspect at first. I used them at home first. They actually did help me keep my footing, which in turn, helped me with my balance issues. I then decided to take them with me to my barre class. I have great difficulty keeping my balance in that class. The toeless aspect wasn't as useful for me . well. not yet anyhow. I tend to turn less than gracefully on my left foot as it is my weak side. The extra force on my foot didn't allow the sock to slide. which in turn caused the sock to ride up between my toes in a strange manner. I didn't care for that very much. I think in time, I will get used to them though. Overall, I do like them. I've only washed them once. by hand. air dried. So far so good as far as that was concerned.
