Received this product this morning and let it air out. At first glance, some things were wrong. 1) The packaging was not original but a brown Revain box. 2) It looked like it had been opened and repackaged because the tape on the box wasn't Revain tape. another mattress at a better price. 3) It doesn't feel like memory foam because it doesn't hold the shape of my hand pressed against it and instantly rebounds like regular foam. 4) It's not made in the USA as the product description says it's made in China and has a tag on it. I'll wait 48 hours before using it and see how it actually feels and if I'm not satisfied I'll probably return it. Update after a week of use: I've been using this mattress pad for a week now and below are the pros and cons. Pros: - This is the exact size as per the product description. fixed product not being memory foam. As you can see in the video I uploaded, the foam doesn't hold its shape and just bounces off once you release the pressure on it. The memory foam I've seen slowly returns to its original shape after depressurization, but it doesn't. one week i used it after 4 days of sleep on the right side of the topper, the topper seems to have failed in the area i sleep on which confirms my suspicion that it is regular foam and not memory foam acts.
