Bought to wear with my new Blue Yeti. I like the mic, but it is VERY sensitive and picks up even the most subtle of disturbances. This windshield is really good at filtering moving air in the area, but be prepared to deal with other factors that go into producing hiss or hum. I'm giving it 5 stars because it does exactly what it's supposed to do (and does it well). However, the microphone is so good (it picks up vibratory hum from a computer or laptop fan) that you'll need to use additional components to fully reduce the hum or hiss. But that's only because the mic is so good!
