Product delivered on time. My Yeti Blue mic feels so much better because it's not bare anymore. Other mics mocked it for not having a foam cover. This item was just a ticket to save him from being bullied. Thank you and I would recommend this product.

I was looking for a simple mic cover that would protect sensitive recording equipment and reduce harsh pops on spoken voice. At the moment this product offers both plus a great color snug fit that blends well with the rest of the mic body.

The box arrived safe and sound but the foam windscreen inside was folded in half and crumpled in one corner of the box before it was sealed. Although it still works as it is not torn, it now has creases and dents that you can see in the attached photo. This mic sits in front of my face for hours and all the dents and wrinkles just hurt my eyes the whole time. Bought to wear with my new Blue Yeti. I like the mic, but it is VERY sensitive and picks up even the most subtle of disturbances. This windshield is really good at filtering moving air in the area, but be prepared to deal with other factors that go into producing hiss or hum. This is a great windshield for the Blue Yeti. The tight mesh of its construction not only helps eliminate pops and wind, but also provides an overall smoothness to the voice prior to any edit. I find this very attractive as I think Yeti tends to emphasize higher frequencies in the voice. I use it in addition to a pop screen, but I find many people get away with just this windscreen, especially when space doesn't allow for a traditional screen. The color also goes very well with the silver Yeti.
