Not only do my beans stay fresher day in and day out than they used to - today, but now I can do more too Store beans longer. My beans come to me from a roastery in Kansas, so being able to order more and hold them longer is a huge benefit for me. Other reviewers have covered everything you need to know about these containers, most notably the GV review. But what I can do is tell you about my own transformative experience with them: A little over 2 years ago I bought one of these canisters on a whim while stopping by my local grocery store. It was a discount item near security checkpoints and I realized I needed extra storage. When I started using it to store coffee beans, I immediately noticed a difference after a few days. Not only did my beans stay fresh for a long time, but they were noticeably fresher than usual day after day. It was a significant difference. Having bought the first canister on a whim, just for storage and not expecting freshness, I'm pretty sure my experience isn't placebo. I have since replaced all my canisters with AirScape and place large orders for coffee beans which I can now store much longer than before.
