Nothing for a beginner.
This is not a good first project for someone who wants to learn cross stitch. The fabric is woven, not the Aida fabric. The template will take some time to read and complete the project. The embroiderers have to use Aida fabric, which means they have to switch the project from woven fabric to Aida. My Bucilla recommendation is to print the pattern in two different colors to make it easier for a beginner to follow. Do this project on an Aida fabric, not fabric.
