Review on BFGoodrich g-Grip 195/65 R15 91H summer by Anna Suszter ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Quality at zero, very sorry for the money spent.

In general, in the few days that I drove it, the sensation that I bought a true China did not leave me. I was able to save 15% of the price of my previous wheels, which suit me on all counts, with the possible exception of wear rate. I believe that these wheels are a China. After a few days, I changed my mind and chose to return it in order to get wheels that had stood the test of time and were a perfect fit for me, despite the fact that I had overpaid for them. You can safely take it if you drive around the city in the rain and if you do not speed to more than 140 kilometers per hour while you are on the highway, the wheels will fit you properly and will be an excellent choice. If you enjoy a lively ride, a good grip at a rapid start, and stability when traveling at high speeds, you should not take these wheels with you under any circumstances because doing so is unsafe.

Pros
  • I decided to replace the Bridgestone my-02 tires that were rolled for the season on an Audi A3 with a set of 225/45 R17 tires, which I purchased. It's nice to ride on a not very bumpy road even on a low profile, the feeling of softness, as if I put the rubber on a higher profile. From the positive moments in the first days of riding after the bridge: - soft and quiet, after a little break-in - behaves well in the rain, although there is clearly no advantage over bridgestone in this regard - behaves well when braking, although it is foolish to expect otherwise, after all, not the cheapest rubber
Cons
  • The advantages come to an end with its smoothness and relative quietness when traveling at modest speeds. - It is very evident that the speed index V does not correspond to reality; at a speed of 200 kilometers per hour, the vehicle acts as though the wheels are flat, and there is no clarity of control. After crossing the bridge, the difference is readily apparent. During warm and especially hot weather, the rubber will become excessively pliable, giving the impression that you are still driving in the winter. This sensation will not go away. Due to the fact that rubber does not possess any elasticity, despite the fact that it is a soft material, tearing off a piece of rubber from the side caused a hernia to form when it was driven into a hole at 15 kilometers per hour. It has been brought to my attention that this gaping hole may be found in the yard, and I wish to point out that I drove my car over it without incident on bridgestone for an entire year. When I bought two wheels, one of them turned out to be defective; the rubber was bent, and it did not balance in any manner on the disk. However, even after the alteration was made without any questions being asked, questions regarding the quality of these wheels began to arise.
