Physically the product was fine. Install the WD item I was planning to use it with. A driver disk for five to six common mainboards was included. My Dell motherboard didn't recognize it and I couldn't find a driver for my Dell system. The description may be more specific to supported motherboards. I know this is part of Dell's problem with their proprietary motherboards, but I still feel like I wasted my time and money.
