Review on 5 Quart Red MegaChef Round Enamel Cast Iron Casserole with Lid by Maria Ward

When I saw this pot for sale I just couldn't help but buy it! I've always wanted to replace my old enamelled grill with a "LeCrese" type pot and this one worked for me. I used it the day after I bought it with amazing results. I roasted a whole chicken with fresh green beans and carrots in it. The chicken turned out so juicy and tender and the veggies were the perfect texture. It was very easy to clean. I didn't even have to soak it to clean it. For me, the kettle paid for itself in one use. Because it's so well made and strong, I hope to have great food from it for many, many years to come.
