While others have found problems, what I have found is correct in all respects. The hammer has a good span, especially on the impact side. The size of the heads is what one would expect by looking at the product photos and it is in line with the weight stated in the product name. The rubber grip is just right, there are no defects. There is no reason to expect the rubber coating to peel or crack. That's not a lemon, trust me. Certain jobs require a machinist's hammer, and that's the kind of tool that fits in the average toolbox, this hammer with a certain sized ball head. Most people don't need a larger pen, not for typical home use. Of course professionals need more than one size, but this one is very comfortable. I recommend it and based on this tool I feel confident in the brand.
